Pre-painted galvanized steel coil, also known as PPGI coil, is produced by applying high-performance paint onto a hot-dip galvanized substrate through continuous coil coating technology. The product provides excellent corrosion resistance, long-term outdoor durability and attractive decorative effects, making it ideal for roofing sheets, wall cladding, prefabricated houses, cold room panels, rolling doors and home appliance back panels.

The available thickness for this model ranges from 0.30mm to 0.50mm, suitable for lightweight roofing construction while maintaining strong mechanical properties. Paint options include polyester (PE) for standard use, silicon modified polyester (SMP) for better chalk resistance, and PVDF coating for high-end architectural applications.

Coils are manufactured with strict quality control, including color deviation test, T-bend, impact resistance, salt spray test and coating adhesion test. All products are packed with waterproof kraft paper, inner protective film and outer galvanized steel sheet with steel strapping to ensure safe loading for export shipping.
