PPGL prepainted galvalume steel coil is manufactured by applying high-quality paint coating onto an Al-Zn alloy plated steel substrate (55% aluminum, 43.5% zinc and 1.5% silicon). It provides superior corrosion resistance and heat reflectivity compared to traditional galvanized or PPGI steel, making it ideal for long-term outdoor construction, industrial roofing, and decorative wall panel systems. The 0.4mm PPGL color coated coil with a flower pattern finish offers enhanced visual appeal for architects and metal building designers, while maintaining the durability and processability of commercial-grade steel.

This product is produced by continuous coil coating technology, ensuring uniform paint adhesion and long-lasting surface performance. The paint system can be customized with PE, SMP, HDP, PVDF or special printing effects such as wood grain, marble, camouflage, and anti-scratch texture. Standard coating thickness is 15–25μm on the top side and 5–10μm on the back side. The galvalume coating weight is AZ30–AZ150, suitable for humid, coastal, and extreme weather environments.

Available coil width ranges from 600–1250mm, and thickness from 0.12–1.0mm, with precise control of tolerance for roll forming, stamping, bending, cutting, and deep-drawing applications. The color coated flower pattern surface is widely used in high-end steel villas, garden structures, resort roofs, cold storage panels, decoration doors, siding systems, and modular prefabricated buildings. Its lightweight structure reduces construction cost, installation time, and foundation load while offering a long service life of up to 25–40 years.

All coils are protected with waterproof kraft paper, edge guards, galvanized steel outer wrap and steel strapping to ensure rust-free delivery during sea transportation. OEM branding, customized RAL colors, coil slitting, sheet cutting, embossing, anti-fingerprint coating and sample inspection are supported. Product quality is guaranteed with ISO, SGS, BV and mill test certificate (MTC 3.1).
