Color coated steel coil, also known as PPGI (Pre-Painted Galvanized Iron), is produced by applying high-quality paint onto a galvanized steel substrate through continuous coil coating technology. The product offers excellent corrosion resistance, weather resistance, and attractive appearance, making it widely used in construction, home appliances, transportation, agricultural buildings and interior decoration.

The base metal can be galvanized steel, galvalume steel or cold rolled steel according to customer requirements. The coating layer includes primer, topcoat and backcoat with optional PE, SMP, HDP or PVDF systems depending on outdoor durability needs. Thickness ranges from 0.12mm up to 4.0mm, suitable for lightweight roofing sheets as well as structural panel applications.

Factory direct production supports customized RAL colors, embossing patterns, protective film, slit-to-width service and corrugation processing. Each coil is packed with waterproof kraft paper, galvanized sheet and steel straps for safe export shipping. Quality testing includes T-bend, impact test, salt spray, gloss, hardness and adhesion tests to ensure consistent painting quality.
