Pre-painted galvanized steel coil, also known as PPGI coil, is produced by applying high-performance paint to a hot-dip galvanized substrate through a continuous coil coating process. This product offers excellent corrosion resistance, UV weatherability, attractive appearance and long-service life, making it widely used in roofing sheets, wall cladding, prefabricated buildings, garage doors, cold room panels and steel furniture.

The base steel conforms to DX51D, SGCC or equivalent standards, and zinc coating ranges from 30–275g/m² according to customer application requirements. The paint system can be polyester (PE), SMP, HDP or PVDF, depending on outdoor durability levels. Film thickness of 15–25μm topcoat ensures stable color retention and scratch resistance.

Coils can be supplied slit, cut-to-length, corrugated or embossed according to project needs. All products are strictly inspected for color deviation, T-bend, impact test, salt spray and adhesion. Packaging includes waterproof kraft paper, edge guards, galvanized outer steel sheet and steel straps for secure export shipment.
